Hello folks!

I am currently enjoying California for two weeks. I'm doing some birding in the margins, but I find that it's very complicated since I'm European :)

I took some pictures today and I hope someone can give me insight in what I saw, because finding these on the internet is proving to be a loooong process...

I hope to upload more if I can't work it out!
These were all taken in Santa Cruz.

one more, taken from the terrace of the Getty. I tried finding which hummingbirds there are in Southern California, but I couldn't find a proper resembling species.

I hope the photo isn't too cropped!
