Ringed Waxwing in Avoch (1 Viewer)

Hello, we have had several Waxwings on our cotoneasters for the last few days and today my wife noticed on was rung, it had a Red ring on it's right leg, and on it's left leg it had a green ring nearest its foot and a white one above that, can anyone please let me know if they or somebody could indentify it.
