Have just seen a pair of Red Kites near Lilley harassing a flock of about 50young pheasants. These were hiding in minor road which was over hung by trees . I have seen lone Red Kite over Crawley Green road and Hitchin road this week Anyone aware if they have nested in Luton area please ?

Red Kite in Luton

Spotted a lone Red Kite in the Farley hill area of Luton today 1/4/12. Possibly a male as not that large. Have seen before in Aylesbury area so they are getting well established. A truly magnificent sight.
