Hi all,
I received some pictures from one of my ranger friends, it seems to be a juvenile raptor out of its nest, he asked if I could help him for identification, to do the best for him after it.
As he said, they found it on the ground and no active nest was around, or they couldn't find it.
I think the Black-winged Kite is a breeding species on that area.
