Jumping the gun a bit. The OP has not yet received a reply as to where the bird was tagged, nor where it has been seen. And to clarify things, the Roy Dennis Wildlife Foundation is not just the eminent Mr. Dennis himself, but a whole team of dedicated staff, so the use of "he" in these replies suggests that only "he" (i.e. Roy Dennis) would reply. I am quite confident that the OP will receive a reply, even if only to stay that they don't know or the bird is from another project. Who knows, it could have wandered from the Continent? If it is a functioning satellite tag then I am sure the project will be fully aware of the bird's whereabouts. Much of this will be confidential info, not least taking the shocking and diabolical record of raptor persecution in the UK.
