I think gape pattern and bill are wrong for that species. I haven't worked out what it is though

I was stuck on the same problem. Could it be a bird with a malformed lower mandible?

It does look to me theres something wrong with that bird's beak

Is this also a cacique? They usually have a brighter beak, and an discrete red tone in their eyes

Not a cacique. It's a cowbird. The cacique is very different with a white bill. The original picture does not look like a cowbird, however (nor does it look like solitary black cacique---at least to my eye)

Ruby no, but white-lined yes.

It's a giant cowbird. Note the shaggy breast feathers. It normally looks very "pigeon-breasted" (chest heavy). This is a female as the eye is pale (red in male)
