Possible Fox Sparrow August 11 Sierra Nevada (1 Viewer)

Two days ago I was birding in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains when I ran across this bird. Because of the heavy streaking on it's breast and rufous wings and tail my best guest was Fox Sparrow. However, it's bill is uniform in color rather than having a dark upper mandible and yellow lower mandible and the streaks do not converge midbreast into a large dark spot. I would appreciate any other suggestions as to what this bird is. Kathy
