Please help with Flycatcher identification in Sierra Nevada Foothills (1 Viewer)

Today (August 23, 2024) I went birding in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Reno NV. While there I observed two different flycatchers. The most common Flycatcher in this region is the Western Wood Pewee, followed by the Olive-sided Flycatcher with a few sightings of Black Phoebe reported for August. Enclosed are photos of the two flycatchers that I observed. I first thought that the bird which lacks wing bars in the photo provided was a black phoebe (it never rotated so I could get a good side view shot). However, it’s bill is only black on top while the lower bill is pinkish tan. Could this be an Olive Sided Flycatcher? I’m even less certain about what the other bird is. Any insight into who these birds are would be greatly appreciated. Kathy

Please be reminded that the country should also be mentioned in the title of the thread. I know of an area called Sierra Nevada in three different countries located in three different continents.
