Phoebe or Flycatcher - Dallas Texas (1 Viewer)

I am concerned about the apparent colors in the image, but if they are correct, I conclude Myriarchus: Dusky-capped Fly, from the brown wingbars, rounded(?) crown, and--most-specifically--the black undertail. Eastern Phoebe are entirely black-gray-white. Wood-Pewee have contrasting wingbars.
Dusky-capped Fly is a bit out of range in Dallas, however, so better pictures are warranted. The best book on this subject, co-authored by TX resident CT Lee is Field Guide to North American Flycatchers: Kingbirds and Myiarchus

Juv Eastern Pheobe for me. can even make out the gape(?)

Bill and lack of yellow should exclude dusky-capped i think.
Yes agree. The 2 relatively strong wing bars we see are a feature of immature plumage. I'd expect to see some evidence of yellow below if Myiarchus (also slightly structurally wrong for that suggest), although the Phoebe can show this too.
