Peregrine Falcon in Chipping Norton (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

Just signed up so I could let any locals know about a Peregrine Falcon that's taking a (rather long) break on top of Bliss Mill in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

As I type, it's been there for nearly two hours now, and a few minutes ago it showed no signs of flying off. Thanks to Steve Akers for pointing it out to us! :)

We've all been down there with our Binoculars and Spotting Scopes, and it's a gorgeous bird to keep an eye on!

I don't know if I've put this thread in the right place, but hopefully if it is in the wrong forum, someone could help me put it in the right one?

If there's anyone in or near us, feel free to pop in - we're more than happy to chat away about the birds we see 'round here!

Edit: It's still there at 2:11pm :)
