Definitely a Phylloscopus, but I get the impression of a Dusky Warbler from the head pattern. A difficult photo though, with a lot of the useful features hidden.

I wondered about that but there seems to be the hint of a wing bar.
There does, and I puzzled about that too. But my impression is that it's slightly too far up the wing and the greater coverts seem to extend beyond the wing bar so I wasn't entirely sure if it's actually a wing bar or a photo artefact. It's one of the reasons I said that useful features are hidden - a slightly different angle to confirm presence/absence of a wing bar would make the ID process easier! A better idea of structure, bill shape/pattern, upperpart colour and wing length would be useful as well.
Other features - broad, dark eyestripe, supercilium shape, darker breast and flanks, and what looks like creamy undertail coverts - all looks like Dusky to me.
