orange faced goldfinch (1 Viewer)

This is likely to be one of the many forms of leucism, which you can read more about in the Opus Dictionary.
 
First year Goldfinches have more of an orange face than adults, but as the numbers of first years you will see will far outweigh the number of adults, I'm sure you will be aware of that and that this bird is something strikingly different.
