Hi
I currently have a mix of sunflower hearts and seeds in one feeder, nyjer seed in another, and mixed seed +suet pellets with insects in the third. I also put fat balls for the ravenous starlings. Typically, we would get lots of starlings, pigeons and collared doves. We also get a pair of blue tits, a great tit, and occasionally goldfinches, oh and a lot of sparrows !
Given that the weather is improving and warming up, should I reduce the number of feeders, and also what would you recommend for food for the better weather ?
I was hoping to attract more goldfinches, and maybe coal tits and greenfinches but so far not much joy on these.
Any and all suggestions welcomed.
Thank you
