No idea what they are Washington state USA (1 Viewer)

Beautiful bird....watch for it in sunlight and you will notice alot of color, red...a bit of black and of course the spotted breast. It flies very unusually too..so it is easy to pick up on if you see it in flight. Also, noisy...
 
I usually see one or two Flickers here during the Winter months, but, unlike the Red-bellied and Downy Woodpeckers and Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers that do frequent my backyard suet, the Flickers don't, and tend to hang out at a distance from my house foraging on the ground or in the trees, and on rare occasion, do come to the bird bath which is along the back fence of my yard.
 
Thank you...I figured from the bill they were a woodpecker of some sort I just was not sure and could not seem to find them in any of the regional bird identifiers.
