I know these are horrible pictures and in the one of the close up bird you can't see its head but you can see the yellow on its tail. When it put its tail up in the air while on the bird bath it looked like it fanned out in a way that I've never seen a bird do before. It was very acrobatic when it was flying around in the yard. Really flitting. Completely silent wings. Fast moving. Small bird. Thanks for any possible help.
