Thrush Nightingale maybe? North Poland (1 Viewer)

I'm hoping someone can help me identify this bird. It's been really puzzling me

Late August near Szczecin in Poland I came across this LBJ whilst walking through woodland around a lake. I couldn't get a decent photo so I took a video instead to hopefully ID from behaviour as well.
Dropbox. You don't need to log in to view it. Just skip the Dropbox login message.

It had long wings dropping down by it's side when standing. Thrush like in appearance and behaviour, but smaller. Maybe slightly bigger than a robin. I think it had markings on the top of it's tail. Speckled on breast and light belly.

As you can see from the video, it kept low to the ground and was bobbing it's tail. The closest I could find in a bird book was the Thrush nightingale. But I've never seen one before and this one wasn't singing.

Any ideas? Attaching still photos as well in case you can't see video.

Thank you!
