Mystery Sounding Bird - North Georgia (1 Viewer)

I have this mystery bird my yard, can never see it. And I hear it 2-3 times a week. Almost sounds like a high pitched common cuckoo. Any ideas?

I've listened to it several times and I can't figure out what bird it is.

It sounds like a Blue Jay, one of the calls variously known as the "rusty pump handle" or "squeaky clothesline" call, among others.

Yea, I am not sure if that is it. When listening, there isn't a squeak. It's more of a whistle, like an actual cuckoo clock.
