mov files conversion (1 Viewer)

Binocularface

You've all got one...............!
Hi

I am hoping someone can help with me with this.
I regularly take short video clips of birds with my Nikon Coolpix 4500, these clips are in mov. file format. The sizes of these files are generally in excess of 9megs in size. Is there a way of reducing the file size (without reducing quality drastically) to allow me to upload them to my website?

Thanks in advance.

I googled ".mov files" and got lots of hits. Apparently you can convert to .avi or .mpeg. I don't know what kind of computer you have, so it would be better for you just to google it and choose your answer.
