Magnolia Warbler? NY (1 Viewer)

If this is a Magnolia Warbler, it's a lifer for me! |=)| I don't feel 100% positive about my ID, I'm pretty sure, but this is my first Spring as a birder, so I wanted to confirm it with you good folks.

I'm not an expert on N American birds but looks exactly like the Magnolia I saw a couple of days ago at Mt Auburn Cemetery near Boston.

You were just at Mount Auburn?! That's such a coincidence, I'm from the Boston area! Hope you enjoyed your visit, and if you're still in Massachusetts, make sure you check out Parker River National Wildlife Refuge (Plum Island).
 
Looks like a magnolia to me. The yellow belly, with some black streaking down the sides of the belly, and the white wing patches should be enough to confirm.
 
Picture 2 shows another key maggie feature - the wide undertail band. That black band at the end of the tail is unique among the warblers to a magnolia.
