Can someone please confirm this to be a Lincoln's Sparrow? Taken in Brea California in May.

Your photo is of a Song Sparrow. Lincoln's Sparrows have very thin streaking overlaying buffy breast and flanks. They also have blue-gray superciliums (eyebrows) and back of the neck, and slightly smaller bills.
