Have visited multiple times, and often had trouble getting a guide that really knew his birds. The best one we ever worked with was named Jay (IIRC) and could be booked via the following site:

If you are going in high season (Nov-Feb) I would do everything in your power to avoid going on a weekend. The place can get packed.
