Juvenile spotted eagle? - seen July in Kruger Park (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Last July (14th) we saw this eagle soaring at a distance on the S90 north of Satara camp. At the time we thought it looked like a juvenile lesser spotted eagle, but as they are summer visitors thought it could not be. Having had time to look at the photos we took over the past year I am still not sure what it was, as all the likely options are summer visitors. Are there any records of juveniles over-wintering in the area? Or is there a more likely option I should consider?

Any thoughts appreciated. I have attached the pictures: you will need to zoom in to see any detail as it was not a close sighting.

Thanks
