Japanese Binoculars (1 Viewer)

I have recently aquired a pair of binoculars but they do not have a makers name. The focusing wheel and shaft need to be replaced but I need to know the make to see if it worth trying to buy a replacement.
I have attached a photo of the makers mark/serial number and the details of the Bak 4 prisms fitted.

These look like the original 'discovery' series from Opticron C. mid 1990's
