I'm not familiar with the species, but comparing your photo against photos online I guess you are asking about ID because the head seems less black than usual, the cheek is not pure white and it has a paler eye-ring and bill. I think these features are different because the bird is a young juvenile.

Compare your bird against these photos, and you can see that the plumage is normal for a juvenile White-eared Bulbul:
