Identify Hawk in Vermont, USA (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I am having trouble identifying this hawk. I think it’s either a Sharp-shinned Hawk or a Cooper’s hawk. I’m leaning towards a Sharp-shinned hawk. This video was taken early October and the area is more suburban. Thanks.

Coopers- Capped head, rounded tail and more bulky appearance.

Edit- Also white tip of the tail is wider then typical for a Sharp-shinned.
