This gull struck me as pale and caught my eye. Is it just a 2cy herring gull or am I missing something else?

Can't seem to make it fit in any neat box!

Hi. Looks OK to me. Light window to primaries, white tail base, streaked/mottled belly and grey back/mantle etc.
