It's a Phylloscopus warbler. I'd call it a willow warbler and be happy to be wrong.

Thank you very much in italian language the name is Luì grosso(big) for trochilus and Luì piccolo(little) for collybita

I am far from expert on Willow / Chiffchaff ID, so I'm asking for clarification not proposing a different ID or trying to generate controversy. My first instinct on this bird is Willow on leg color and superciliary / cheek, so far so good. But does it look like it has a short primary projection for Willow though?

I'd call it about ⅘ length of exposed tertials. That's willow warbler territory.

I agree on willow warbler. Might be a juvenile with the clear yellow belly and eyebrow.
