or a Chaffinch? (but I think a Great Spotted woodpecker would have been my first choice over a Chaffinch too)

And I hope Harry isnt online actually, because he is watching a rare bird or other more important things (you know, that there are (only) a few more important things than BF, but everybody knows some of them)

I have been birding - Stone Curlews were showing well, plus looking for/at other migrants.

None of the above. Sorry for the late response… just walked over 24 km to see Barn owls. Sadly did not show early enough for a photo but did have one fly right in front of me as I was returning. 3rd attempt to see them in that area in 5 days.
