Golden Eagle ID Scotland. (1 Viewer)

I think the first two pictures are a Golden Eagle, but I'm not certain about the third picture, pictures have about 20 minutes or more between them before the bird reappeared so might not be the same bird, pictures taken today in the Galloway hills Scotland, any help appreciated.

The two Golden Eagle photos are obviously the same bird, but doesn't look like anyone was suggesting otherwise?
Well, the OP did say "The first two pictures are of a Golden Eagle" and not "are of the same Golden Eagle", which allows for ambiguity of interpretation... It's pretty common that people posting make it clear whether they are talking about a single bird or not, but as you point out no one actually specified one way or another.
