Fulvetta vinipectus valentinae (Delacour & Jabouille, 1930) OD Delacour, J. & P. Jabouille, 1930. Description de trente oiseaux de l'Indochine Francaise - L'Oiseau et la Revue Française d'Ornithologie, 11 (7): 393-408 (not seen)

The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:

White-browed Fulvetta ssp. Fulvetta vinipectus valentinae Delacour & Jabouille, 1930
Madame Valentine Lécallier (DNF) was a French aviculturist who lived in the Seine-Inférieure department of France. Her great interest was breeding budgerigars, and she was among the first to succeed in breeding a mauve bird (1924).

The Key to Scientific Names The Eponym Dictionary of Birds
Valentine Lécallier (fl. 1930) French aviculturalist, wife of E. Lécallier (subsp. Fulvetta vinipectus).

I assume she married Emile Joseph Pierre Lécallier manfucaturer 1898 (L'Avenir du Morbihan 1898/06/02) (can read it only as Emile Joseph Pierre Lécallier, 30 ans Manufacturier à El- beu C (Seine-Inférieure), et Valentine Anne Marie Morel,) assumeing it is Elbeuf. He is mentioned also here.

Maybe we can find her life dates as well. She lived in Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf. She was a mentioned in the List of Fellows for Zoological Society of London

1920 Lecallier , Madame Valentine . 109 , Rue de la Republique , Caudebec - les-Elbeuf ( S.I. ) , France

A general comment on The Eponym Dictionary of Birds. They should use parentheses (51.3. of the code) for the authors as the bird was described as Alcippe vinipectus valentinae. But they never use them in the whole book.

But here it looks like this Valentine died in 1903...? Or am I misreading the date ?

That could be 1953 before I zoomed in that's what it looked like..

Familysearch agrees:

Yes, I see it now. The same "Greffier" apparently did the same thing on the other birth record on the same page -- another person who died in 1953 too -- he continued the upper bar of the 5 directly into the 3, without interrupting the line.
It's indeed clearer when you unzoom.

She would have died on 26 Jan 1953 in Larmor-Baden according to this, thus.

Guys, I also gave "Madame E. Lécallier", and "her" bird, a go ... as in:

valentinae in:
• the White-browed Fulvetta ssp. Fulvetta vinipectus valentinae DELACOUR & JABOUILLE 1930, as "Alcippe vinipectus valentinae": Nommé en l'honneur de Mme E. Lécallier.

To start with (one has to start somewhere), we find "Mme. Lécallier", in 1921–22 (here, and here), and, in 1924 (here) she's listed as a Member (since; "April, 1918.") of the Avicultural Society, with the address:
LÉCALLIER, Madame; 109 Rue de la Republique, Caudebec-les-Elbeuf, France.", ...

In 1930 (here, i.e. same year as Delacour's OD) she's listed as:
LÉCALLIER, Madame, F.Z.S.; Vilette, St. Pierre-les-Elbeuf, France." ...
... as she's clearly "has recently moved into a new house, or rather into a beautiful old house, a charming red-brick eighteenth century chateau at the edge of town" (in the words of Captain Stokes, here).

In 1932 her address was altered, or clarified, into "La Vilette, Saint-Peirre-lès Elbeuf (S. l.), France." ... (here)

... and there she stayed, at least until, her "animals and birds" had "been destroyed in 1940" (during WWII), ... "I believe she is now in retirement in Brittany" (according to the Author/auctor Jean Delacour himself, in November 1944, here), where she finally, ended up, in the/her; Obituary (here or/alt. here).

Another Obituary after Madame E. Lécallier, with the years; "(1879-1953)", remains to bee seen (in full), this time it would/could be found in; L'Oiseau, et la Revue francaise d'ornithologie Société ornithologie, Vol. 23 (Snippet view here).
Madame E. LECALLIER
(1879-1953)

Le récent décès de Madame Emile LECALLIER prive la France d'une des plus actives collectionneuses d'oiseaux vivants qui y ait existé ,,,

A Birth in 1879, would certainly match, an age of "19 ans", if Married in 1898 ...

Are we possibly, plausibly looking at a certain Madame Valentine Anne Marie Lécallier (née Morel), a k a simply Madame "E. Lécallier", that is; in context/connection to her husband Emile (Joseph Pierre) Lécallier ... or !?!

Take it for what it's worth (from a Non-French view) ... in this case I'm simply fumbling around, in the Dusk.
