Yes there is. I guess unless the admins can see your previous history you may fall foul of the selling rules for a little while, something about being a member for a period and possibly having made a number of other posts before selling something.

Correct, to reduce the number of scammers, we require newly signed up members to be members for at least five days and to make at least 10 non-gallery posts.

If you can remember anything about your previous history, such as the email address, or a thread you started etc, as well as (as Paddy said) your username. Admin will be able to link your new username to it, or you could keep your old username, whichever you prefer.
