Ethiopia -- Eagles (1 Viewer)

Greetings,

My friend and I were at a seasonal lake in Bishoftu/Debre Zeit on Saturday, and saw well over 30 brown eagles. Most of them we could fairly confidently identify as Tawny Eagles. However, we thought that some were likely other species such as Steppe and Spotted. I would appreciate your thoughts on the attached photos. Thank you!

Justin

At first sight, all individuals are Steppe Eagle IMO, except the last one (2407) that has the plumage of a Tawny.

Edit : 2391 is doubtful, I keep it unID for now.
