Though I have never before seen so much white on the mantle of a Golden eagle, with the additional photos it looks like that species ...
But to me that is really a good and interesting example why a single photo can be problematic ....you get a momentary impression from the photo that might differ markedly from the impression the bird would give from a video or a series of photos.

That´s why I like books for Bird ID being based on good drawings, though a series of photos of different birds of a species, as used in several books nowadays, can also be very helpfull...
