Cracked corn? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone feed their birds cracked corn? My sparrows seem to chuck everything else out so i thought why not one feeder for cracked corn for them.

House sparrows, grackles and starlings are about the only things that eat the cracked corn (and squirrels). For other seed eaters, try saflower seeds (sparrows, grackles and starlings don't seem to like it). They all seem to love oiled sunflower seeds/hearts/etc.

Yes thats what i mean, To set up a different feeder for the sparrows as they love the cracked corn and leave the general stuff for others.
