Colour of a a Robin (1 Viewer)

I've taken a picture of Robin and parts of the Robin have something lika a blue coulour at the area of the head and the breast beneath the orange part of the breast. Is this variaton of the colour known, or is it just a problem of the white balance of the camera. I've seen the blue colour. Is it possible?

Yes, I think you do have a white balance problem there. The whole photo has a bluish cast. Both the bird's back and the branch it's standing on look to be a cold grey-brown, whereas the former at least should actually be a quite warm brown. And that blue-grey area should look more grey than blue. With a bit of tweaking you'll have a cracking pic.
