Do you mind giving an exact location? It looks quite Siberian but I’m not an expert- I did get the one at Attenborough with help from others and this is quite reminiscent. This does seem to have a darker crown and the one at Attenborough seemed slightly more pale.
 
I'm not keen on the green feathers in the mantle and on the wing coverts that show up when you zoom in.
Agree with the mantle but the green on the wings doesn't seem very significant. Also the green on mantle doesn't really show in the first picture, I wish he gave a precise location.

Well I would probably say it’s extremely likely a Siberian- especially if seen below the gate on the opposite side of the train tracks. This bird looks slightly tattered and I believe that is why it looks slightly different to when I saw it at Attenborough. Was anyone else there- did someone call it out? I remember that most the chiffchaffs in the area were pretty greenish and the Siberian stood out like a sore thumb.
