Has anyone stayed at the caravan site at Kilnsea during October or does anyone have any contacts there re renting a van for a weekend.

You can stay on spurn if you ask them before you go or if they have a bed free they are dorms i stayed last year and it cost me £7.00 for the night but that includes you fee in which is £3.00 if you go on their site it tells you about it.

As mentioned above, its much more fun stopping at the bird obs. Book early to avoid disappointment!

I don't know anyone who is renting there caravans out on the camp site, you can bring a tourer to stop at Kew Villa or you could stay at the Obs for £8 a night - if you want to stay at a weekend you need to book early. There is also a B&B now in Kilnsea.

Thanks all. I'd stay in the ob at the drop of a hat. However, my dear darling lady friend would need something approaching private facilities - and anyhow, she's paying!
