West Coast - Upper Sunshine Coast. In the reeds at the edge of the lake - sparrow size - narrower bill.

On second look I think shape (especially tail) looks better for Common Yellowthroat. Perhaps the extensive yellow underneath is because of the lighting? That was confusing me a bit.
 
It is a bit of a tricky pic, but I would side with your first impression of Yellow. Another point besides the belly is that usually Common Yellowthroats have a sharp edge between yellow throat feathers and the drab olive malar / auriculars. I'm not seeing that on this bird.
