Or "just" another As-throated? The tail looks good for me for BC, but the beak...? Sorry the best shot of the tail is him flying away.

Assuming that the photo was taken recently, it's a bit early for Brown-crested, and perfect timing for Ash-throated. And, yes, the bill looks too dainty for BCFL. And the top side of the tail is not all that useful in Myiarchus.
