Breeding American Kestrel Nest Box Cam in Idaho (1 Viewer)

I installed this kestrel nest box in 2023. It's on the hillside in front of my house in Boise, Idaho. We had a pair move in, to my utter amazement, in 2023 and raise four fledgings. Out of laziness I failed to maintain the pest-gaurd in 2024. Some squirrels moved in and we missed the nest selection time frame. In the summer of 2025 I built a new box with an IP cam looking straight down. We had a pair move in, or start scouting in Dec. 24. They just started laying eggs on March 20. There are now three eggs.

The Kestrels in my nest box hatched their first fledgling this morning at 11.
here is a photo.

She has a mouse in her beak and the fledging is right in front of her.
