Birds in Northern New Mexico (1 Viewer)

I've been staying in Red River, NM for the past few days and am seeing a number of birds I don't normally see in North Texas. Have a few that I'm not sure of, particularly the hummingbirds. Have posted a few I need some help on.

Why can't #2 be Black-Chinned? Asking not telling, when I get a hummer I can't ID, it's time to call in the big guns, plenty of winter hummingbird experts/banders in my area. (I guess by winter hummingbird I mean all non Ruby-Throat hummers since I live in Louisiana...) But the first bird that sprung to my teeny tiny mind was Black-Chinned...will appreciate hearing the "answer" and why, I might screw up and learn something.
