Birding on Lofoten in July (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,
my Partner an me are going on vacation on Lofoten islands this year in July. We start in Svolvaer and are going to do a mix of busrides and walking to Moskenes were we will take the ferry to vaeroy. Near svolvaer and on vaeroy we have a small cabin where we will stay a couple of days, apart from that we will sleep in tents.
Does anybody here have any tips for good birding locations?
Especially on Vaeroy islands.
I'm interestet in almost every bird species. Of course some good locations for waders would be nice
Unfortunatelly we can't go to Rostislands, but I hope to find some other good locations.
I'm planning to bring my scope with me.
Thanks very much.
kind regards
Lukas

What I've learned so far:

1. there's much less Puffins in Lofoten now than in the past :(
2. go to Røst to see them

Can't leave this one unanswered!
Where to find birds? Just about everywhere, with seabirds being prevalent. Find a spot, perhaps not one of the most popular tourist ones, and watch. Myself, I spend hours watching the small offshore islets, but the short distance from sea through "forest" to mountain, though steep, gives you plenty of birdlife to watch.
Sounds like an exciting trip! Bring "bad weather gear" and hope you don't need it. It changes quickly.
