i was out sunbathing today and spotted a giant bird of prey soaring over the house, must have been at least 6ft wing to wing, resembled a vulture especially the way it was flying,it never flapped its wings once.there were sparrows flying past it so we could clearly see the size of the bird.anybody else seen this or anything like this?

6ft wingspan,in Lincolnshire sounds like a rough legged buzzard although a wandering White tailed eagle would be a slight possibility and they can seem vulture like

could of been an eagle they have same sort of shape..dont think it was a buzzard iv seen loads of them when i lived in the west country was alot bigger ....looked like it had a bald neck :)

There has been a White tailed eagle in lincs since 3rd April
It was seen twice today around marshchapel so if you are anywhere near there I would say that's your bird!!!
