No. The black tail with prominent white side patches says it's either red-breasted or Taiga. I'm not certain which but opt for red-breasted since the bill hints at a reddish lower mandible base, and the upper tail coverts don't show as being obviously darker than the tail (but in both cases image quality isn't great)

(I note I've not checked which regularly occurs there)

@fern, if I may ask, is leg colour not helpful for ID of these flycatchers? I ask because the legs seem pinkish/reddish to me (or is that a photo artifact) and neither Robson's birds of SE Asia nor eBird mention leg colour. That being said, both the drawings in Birds of SE Asia and photos on eBird show Taiga, Red Breasted (which I believe does not occour in Thailand), Asian brown and almost all others having black legs. The only fly catchers drawn or photod with pinkish legs seem to be jungle-flycatchers. None of the jungle flycatchers have the dark tail feathers so I am not suggesting that is what it is, I am just interested in the use of the colour of the legs for ID purposes, whether useful or not.
thank you in advance

@fern and @Grahame Walbridge, never mind above, Grahame has answered my query:)
