Albino Common Newt (1 Viewer)

Anyone able to comment on how common this variation is, found today ( 18/4/2011 ) in a small garden pond with about 20 others of same species, North Yorkshire ..

I've found an eft in my garden pond, very light in colour (white/pale yellow)! I'm curious to know whether it's rare or not too
