They (female) were known to lay their eggs in the crow's nest and let the crows do the rest. But I have yet to see a crow feeding...

    This Asian Koel(probably juvenile) flew into our living room, totally scared, having been chased by a crow. Flew around a bit. Sat on the ceiling fan, window etc. Fortunately, the fan was off, else, it could have been catastrophic.

    The shrill cries of this juv Asian Koel caught our attention...a classic case of Brood Parasitism and the parent crow had four juv koels near its nest waiting to be fed!!!! The crow here is carrying food in its beak to feed the hungry offspring.
