    How to go about fixing a severe “sticky” focus adjustment dial on Swarovski EL Binocular bought in 2017

    I bought these binocs in June 2017 from Eagle Optics and every time I’m getting to colder climates, the focus adjustment dial becomes very sticky and heavy to turn, so that it becomes completely unusable. When that happens I have to back in the rental car to warm up the binocs, before it works...
