Western Africa: Guinea, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea and Democratic Republic of Congo
Eastern Africa: Sudan, South Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania

Taxonomy

Subspecies

There are 3 subspecies^[1]:

• P. b. jacksoni:

• Humid forests of eastern Zaire to Sudan and Kenya

• P. b. bollei:

• Liberia to Central African Republic

• P. b. okuensis:

• Cameroon (Lake Oku region)

Rainforest.
