Hauer's review

I looked around for a tripod which would offer a stable solution for my Sigma 50-500DG APO HSM lens weighing 1.85kg (camera excluded). For the price a paid (mail order USA), this one was for a bargain price that is hard to beat. So far it meets all my expectations. Note: there is an optional padded tripod bag available. For those considering a tripod bag the Vanguard NTB-26 fits the TrackerIII.

Pros

  • Very solid / sturdy tripod. Panhead (incl.) is very pleasant to use.

Cons

  • Weight
  • but I knew that from the start.
