Trugon terrestris

Identification

Distribution

Endemic to New Guinea (Indonesia and Papua New Guinea).

Taxonomy

Three subspecies are recognized:

  • T. t. terrestris
  • T. t. mayri
  • T. t. leucopareia

Habitat

Moist lowland forests.
